Banjo Fitting

Banjo fitting is widely used to form fluid connections where fluid must be supplied to a component by a 90 degree change in orientation or other similar fluid flow. Due to their shape, usually consisting of pipe brazed to circular parts, forming essentially drum-shaped assemblies. Unlike other parts that perform the same function, it can be easily assembled using power tools and provide inherent assembly advantages where assembly time and ease of access to the parts are important considerations.
