1. When installing the hose joint, the screw of the bolt should extend to the outside of the joint, and the bolt on each flange end face should be repeatedly and evenly tightened according to the diagonal pressure method to prevent pressure errors.

2. Use a standard wrench to tighten the hose joint evenly and strongly. There is no need to use a stiffener to increase the force so that the movable joint may slip, slip and break. In addition, it should be checked periodically to prevent loosening, which may cause the valve flap to fall off or water seepage.

3. Also, considering the aging of rubber products, a sunshade should be installed outdoors or in sunward and windward pipes to prevent sun, rain and wind erosion.

4. Before installation, the appropriate type must be selected according to the working pressure of the pipe, the connection method, the medium and the compensation amount, and the quantity should be selected according to the requirements of noise reduction and discharge volume.

5. It should be noted that when pressurizing the hose joint, please pressurize and tighten the bolts on the hose joint before use (for example, after installation or before using again after a long period of closure).

6. Pay attention to the pressure regulation. When the instantaneous pressure of the pipe is greater than the working pressure, choose a hose fitting with higher gear than the working pressure.

7. Pay attention to water temperature adjustment. Common medium is common water, 0-60℃ is special medium.

8. For high-rise water supply or suspended water supply, the pipe should be fixed on the hanger, bracket or anchor, and the joint should not bear self-weight and axial force, otherwise the joint should be equipped with anti-tilting device.

9. When the displacement of the pipe is greater than or equal to the compensation amount of the hose joint, the number of joints should be increased to make it parallel to the displacement. It is forbidden to adjust the pipe beyond the tolerance range to make the hose joint in a state of bending displacement and error.
